Orders & Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping is included with all prints, so the price you see on the product page is exactly what you’ll end up paying.
When will my order arrive?
Prints are made to order, and are usually shipped 2 to 4 working days after placing your order.

What to do when my order is delayed?
Especially when shipping outside of the EU, it can happen your order is delayed due to customs. Unfortunately this is out of my control. If you feel your order is delayed beyond reason, please contact me via info@josie.shop.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking code as soon as we ship your order. It can take up to 24 hours for your shipment to appear in the tracking system of the carrier.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Prints are made to order, therefore I can only accept returns of faulty, damaged, or broken orders. To return your print please contact info@josie.shop, please do not return the product before you’ve received a return email from me.
The order is your responsibility until I receive it back from you. Of course I will reimburse your shipping costs for sending it back.
What to do when my order was damaged?
If the product is lost or has been damaged during transport, please contact info@josie.shop with a photo of the package. No worries, I will make sure things are fixed.

Is my payment secure?
All payments are securely handled by Mollie Payments. Payment details are stored fully encrypted by Mollie and never leave their environment. They even have one of these fancy PCI certifications which guarantees they adhere to very strict standards.
Prints
What is Giclée printing?
Giclée printing produces very rich colors and detailed images that won’t fade over time. Colors are much richer than standard off-set printing and meet the highest industry standards for archival and fine art prints.
Are frames included?
Frames are not included the price. Frames can be ordered in A4 and A3 size. I will frame your print for you so it’s ready to hang on your wall when you receive it. At the moment i don’t have A2 frames.
What paper do you use?
All prints are printed on smooth 305 gsm Hahnemühle Fine Art paper.
What sizes are available?
All prints come in at least A3 and A4 sizes, with most prints also being available in A2. They fit standard frame sizes, so if the print includes a border it is included in the size.
